I have lived, and I have learned. And every day I keep living and learning because life is too short to do otherwise. With a professional background in social work, legal, operations and HR, I have learned a variety of skills that have allowed for a broad and well-rounded perspective. Only by going on life’s epic and crazy journey have I discovered my passions for people development, pushing boundaries and maximizing individual and team potential. My experiences, paired with my master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, allows me to blend research based and best practices into my work. Personal strengths I bring into my work are goal-orientation, listening, being in tune with the situation and adapting to current circumstances.
